Review of the Show:
The Bacon Brothers delivered an intimate, laid back set at the first of their two shows at the Franklin Theatre on Friday, Oct. 13th. Playing through a large selection of their catalog, including the songs Bronco, She-Zee-Zee, Ballad of Brothers, Erato, and Beneath Perfection (originally written for the film Tremors) the Bros. enthralled the audience with songs, stories, laughter, and expert musicianship. A five piece band, fronted by brothers Michael (who just happens to be a former Nashville resident) and Kevin Bacon, the group closed out the night with an encore, concluding with a rousing rendition of Kenny Loggins classic 80’s track, Footloose, bringing the audience to their feet with a smile on each face.
